Intact mass and subunit analysis provides information on the mass of a therapeutic protein and can give insight into heterogeneity of the target therapeutic.  We desalt and separate the protein before analysis with HRMS.  Then we use deconvolution software to reconstruct the neutral protein and all the detectable variants.
